Dumbo Loft/Event Space

This Spot is a new ground level 2500sq ft loft in DUMBO Brooklyn. The loft can be rented out alone or as an additional space to The Dumbo Loft for larger events that require extra room for a cocktail hour, ceremony or multiple room exhibition. The space has large white walls and a wood floor, the perfect blank canvas to create any unique function. The three large windows in the front of the space look out on to a unique urban setting with old New York charm, complete with a neighborhood mural of local urban artists. If rented alone the space can sit up to 100 people for a seated dinner with dancing or 200 people for a standing function. This space can work well for both smaller formal functions but also for Galleries, Product Launches, Corporate Meetings and Networking events. There is also an additional loft-like, space in the basement that is a  gym space 2000 SF (with about 20 foot ceilings) that can be  used separately or together when its not being used by our weekly clients.

Policies: 10 hour period as well as a $1000 refundable security deposit, Events on Sundays receive a 20% discount and weekdays Mon-Thurs 40% discount.  The remaining balance plus $1000 security deposit is then due 45 days prior to the event, event insurance policy required for the day, The space must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage, outside rentals must be in and out same day.
